#065 I would rather be completely alone than to be with someone whom I find is not right for me at all (or if I have to sacrifice my self-respect in the process).
And it always fascinates me when others seem confused as to why I would rather be by myself or when they think of me as a sad person. I think it’s sad to waste your time on something/someone you don’t love just so you can prevent yourself from finding your way to something/someone you do love. And if spending some quality alone time leads me the parts of the world that I love, then I believe that those moments were well worth waiting for; especially since I was able to know myself more so that I could love them better.
